There are certain things you need to consider while
trying to blend with people here. It’s not that difficult but it won’t be easy
at first considering the type of culture you come from. There are various areas
to consider while trekking in Nepal. Some of them can be listed below:
Best trekking seasons:
From April to May, even mid-June, it is
really the greatest time to trekking in Nepal because it is not as cold as in winter and also you will be able to
see the peak very clear. Besides, for most of the mountaineers, April and May
are also the best time for them to climb the Everest. Then from September to
November, after the monsoon passes and before the harsh winter moves in, there
is a small window of opportunity available to view the best state of the Mt.
Everest. In this season, there will also be much more climbers than in spring,
during April to May.

Weather:
Weather and climate in Nepal is totally different
the somewhere else due Himalayan country of the world. It has got three
different levels of geographical landscape as lowland region, hilly region and
the Himalayan region. There are climatic variations in each region. Lowlands
are pretty warm, hilly regions are moderate and Himalayan regions are cold. The
weather changes frequently in the mountain regions, even several times a day.
It may not be the same weather as forecaster. Place of low altitude and
cultural visits are popular for winter. If you still love extra adventure, you
may select Langtang valley trek and trekking in mustang region. Another
good thing is less crowded people at lodge and trails.
Preparation of basic gears while choosing a trek to
Everest base camp:
If this is your first
time for Everest base camp trek, you
should be friendly with some basic gears quintessential during the trek. An
appropriate-weighted bag pack is one of prime requirement to comfortably carry
your necessary stuffs like camera, water bottle, extra clothes and so on. An
extra large-sized Duffle bag along with a lock is also equally important during
the trek to pack rest of the things essential for the trek. Since the entire
trek is going to be covered with your own feet and labor, you will possibly
need to change your dresses over the time, so, it will be great if you carry
some plastic bags or portable sacks to store dirty laundry. Trekking poles or
adjustable sticks are other essential gears you shouldn’t miss out during the
trek. These will prove to be extremely helpful when you need to frequently hike
uphill and downhill. For accommodation during night, guest houses will be only
providing blankets which won’t be sufficient enough to protect yourself from
the extreme cold. Therefore, you should pack at least 2 sleeping bags per
individual (-10° for teahouse lodging and -20°
for tented camping. Next thing is, it will be better if you carry some trekking
towels with you (1 large towel, 1 medium towel and few wash clothes) which will
be frequently used to wipe your skin during long hours trek.
